CUE sheet for Worldwide Gilles Peterson Show On BBC Radio 1 (2009-12-23)

Christmas holidays are near so I have decided to present pre-x-mas Gilles' show with less delay that I usualy do. Thom Yorke's visit was postponed to other show which will happen somewhere near the beginning of January. Famous guest wasn't there so our favorite host aired another set of nice songs yet to become great hits of 2010. I'll post a CUE sheet (and my compiled Youtube playlist) as soon as official tracklist appears on BBC Radio 1 website. Meanwhile enjoy this 2 hour long programme.

CUE sheet for Worldwide Gilles Peterson Show On BBC Radio 1 (2009-12-09)

This time I recorded 2009-12-09 Gilles' radio show on BBC Radio 1 myself because sources from which I often get these shows were empty for unknown reasons. Ordinary host of this show was absent and Ross Allen nicely replaced him. You can hear Gilles' voice only in a interview with Mos Def part. An outstanding hip-hop MC guest shared his ideas (with cool tracks in a background) and a part about record label interaction with artist was most interesting for me personally. You can download latest show from here and corresponding CUE sheet can be found here.
View and listen some tracks on Youtube playlist posted bellow this blog entry too:

Puzzle Bobble - entertaining colour-blind people since 1994

What do you do in your free time or short breaks between doing something (e.g. standing in a waiting line at the ATM)? I grab my cellphone and play simple and interesting games. There are lots of free Java based games for any model but I like puzzles the most. Puzzle Bobble is number 1 game in my list of favourites right now. I think you can get it from few sources in the Internet for free yet I don't remember where I got it from for myself. If you still don't remember this game go and play it then. ATTENTION! It's highly addictive.
So, an I idea about so called demotivational poster hit me while playing another round of Puzzle Bobble. Shooting coloured "bubbles" and receiving points is a main idea of a simple gameplay, but how would colour-blind person see this game? (-:

CUE sheet for Worldwide Gilles Peterson Show On BBC Radio 1 (2009-12-02)

Yet another great show. I have noticed that Gilles' radio programme helps me discover new artists and music more than web services (such as last.fm, Spotify, bleep.com etc.) put all together. Such names as Julien Dyne, Joy Orbison, Portico Quartet updated my playlist for good. And that's not even a tenth part of all good stuff that I had pleasure to get to know.
Enough with a chit-chat! You can get latest show (starring Joy Orbison, Mos Def and Shuanise) from two sources. Alldj.org is more operative, but Core News is more informative as usual. Key mp3 files are all the same so you can use my CUE sheet for both of them.
And here is a part of broadcasted tracks if you are interested in a sneak peak preview:
